My first 5K is first thing tomorrow morning. I should probably get some sleep, but all I can think of is this:

I took a week off from any exercise because I was sick and when I tried to run again on Tuesday I could barely hit the mile mark. It's also going to be below 50 degrees in the morning and my ankle throbs especially in the cold. But I'm going to give it my all! Update tomorrow. Wish me luck!
